TomTom Bridge gets new releases approximately every 2 months. We put the zip files here to download per region. One of these zip files represent everything you need to update the device. Please download the one that corresponds to your device.
There are also update releases which consist only of a new software build. These might be done due to urgent requests or fixes for issues found. These releases are done as one zipfile with the update.
Instructions on how to update a device
- Download the zip for the device you have.
- You need a FAT32 formatted micro SD card (for the biggest zips you need a 16GB one).
- Unzip it to the SD card using winzip or 7zip (don’t use windows explorer since it leads to 0kb files with large zips).
- Put the SD card in your device.
- Start "Software update".
- It will now say: "The software update configuration has been updated.".
- You can now continue updating.
- it will reboot once during the update. When the update is finished you can remove the SD card.
